EMO-UK

EMO-UK was established in 2003 by a group of refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo living in the United Kingdom and was soon registered as a Charity by the Charity Commission. The charity is based in London serving the community by empowering and training people who are out of work to help improve their job prospect. Our aims to help Refugees and asylum seekers integration in the British community community, Training and advancing opportunity for people to go back to work, Mentoring young people at risk of under-achieving or dropping out of school and Supporting families to build strong relationships EMO-UK is also involved in helping local people in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo to rebuild their lives as they return to their villages after years of exil causedby the war that has claimed more than 5,000,000 lives.
