We are manufacturer of casting(ADI casting, S.G. casting, ductile iron, gery iron casting) ,forging products and blanked products in North China ,all together there are 899 workers in the company, among which 58 are professionals. Our main products are: (1) accessories for railway, locomotive, machine, vehicle and heavy automotive industry, compressor, blower industry, miscellaneous industry, such as chain wheel, sprocket wheel, control arm for vehicle, with unit weight from 5KG/PC to 100KG/PC, most of them are with material of ADI casting . (2) pump, flange, hydraulic valve, pipe and fitting, manhole cover ornamentals and so on,weight from 0.2KG/PC to 4000KG/PC. Most of them are grey iron casting,S.G. casting and ductile iron. (3) Ni-Hard products such as sheel for rolling mill. (4) Forging products such as bushing, connecting rod, axis, gear rough, gear, drop forgings, ring or wheel, flange and so on. (5) Riveting and welding products and fine blanked products. (6) Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture related products according to customer`s drawings or samples. Consisting of Casting Factory, Heart treatment Factory and Machining Factory, products can be well manufactured and machined in our foundry, with unite weight from 0.5kg to 5ton,we manufacture a wide range products. in 2005 we have obtained ISO9000 Certificate and established ERP system in 2008.
