Taurus Logistics and Transport Pvt Ltd (TLT) was established in the year 2005 with very clear objectives to be a Shipping Agents who apart from providing services to Container Lines, Chartered vessels, undertakes handling of break bulk, bulk cargo and heavy lift carrying vessels of different Nationalities as per demand. Primarily it can be reckoned as one stop solution for entire Logistics of Imports and Exports in multimode Concept. The personnel at key areas in TLT i.e. Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Inventory, Documentation, Finance etc are fully qualified, well experienced, highly motivated having adequate knowledge, background and well sensitized to the needs of Shipping in various modes both in Liner Trade and Logistics of cargo in Hinterland. We have offices in Kandla, Mundra, Nagpur, Ludhiana, Delhi and ly dependable counterparts in other regions of India. TLT, as a young, energetic and committed entity We have track record, contacts and cordial relations with Indian Ports especially Mumbai and even Nhava where the Terminals are run by Maersk, Dubai Ports Authority and Indian Government at Jawaharlal Nehru Port. Our good relations with the Ports, Government authorities, Consignees, Shippers and /or their Clearing /Forwarding Agents and all other Parties concerned give us an edge besides benefiting ourselves in various ways in attracting business, berthing of vessels on turn in Port, we can promptly convey important events and intelligent advices to our Customers TLT has been marked as one of the reliable agency in moving cargoes in any form especially to South African Countries through the Line Asiatic Shipping Services. The volumes handled stand at 8000 to 9000 TEUs in the last couple of years. The Company is very active in freight forwarding business, which has good hold in the market for generating volumes and filling up the vessel to any destination. At present the volume being handled by freight forwarding is around 4500 TEUs per annum. We have very good rapport with all major Shipping Lines with whom we can negotiate competitive freight rates for which our customers repose full faith in us. Apart from freight forwarding we also provide complete logistics. We have also applied for our MTO bills of lading with DG Shipping and are in the process of obtaining the registration.
