In 1994, CENTEX Int’l Freight & Forwarding was founded in Dalian. It was approved as a class-A forwarder by the MOFTEC (former body of current Ministry of Commerce). In ten years since it was founded, CENTEX established offices in China step by step, has built up solid base for the great CENTEX system. In 2005, because of CENTEX’S achievements, CIFA upgraded CENTEX as a director-level member. And, with great honor, CENTEX was listed in “Top 100 Forwarders of China” and “Top 15 Privated Forwarders of China” in the national evaluation by CIFA.In the beginning of 2006, CENTEX Int’l Freight & Forwarding (Group) was founded, and was registered in Shanghai, the financial center of China. In May, CENTEX Group joined CGLN, China Global Logistics Network ,and became a member of World Cargo Alliance Family. The enrollment of CGLN indicates a great recognition of CENTEX’s international credit and reputation.
