Within the project, the Woko Trans project manager takes full responsibility for the planning, scheduling, & managing your complete logistics; including the scheduling of equipment such as forklifts, cranes & crews to handle the different types of transport modes. The advantage of having a Logistics project manager is the fact that you, the client, have only one person to contact, resulting in shorter communication lines with a quick & flexibile approach, & a can do attitude to getting the project done.
