RIFS is the holder of an Ocean Transportation Intermediary License No. 11275N and, as such, is duly authorized by, Federal Maritime Commission, to carry on the business of providing Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier services. The founder of RIFS has been involved in the international transportation business since 1979.
