Clients should provide relevant information to us enable for processing. 2. Below 1cbm calculate as 1cbm. 3. The above price is subject to our China appointed warehouse delivery to clients stated destination. 4. For goods above 500kg and thereafter but not exceeded 1M3 will be charged 500kgs/1M3 and proportionate. 5. Any charges which incurred in China territory to our China warehouse, e.g. inland transport fee, terminal unloaded fee, stuffing and pick up charges, forklift charges or handling charges to be borne by buyer and seller. 6. Clients should not consign the goods which is prohibited by China or Malaysia government, high custom duty products, imitation products or food, liquid, powder, explode, hazardous/ high risk goods, Ceramics, electrical appliances (with plug), motor spare part, medicament or drug, sexual, magazine and items against religion and culture products. During transit or custom clearance, any unforeseen incident occurred which caused by the above mentioned factors, buyer should responsible at own risk and charges. 7. We act as a transporter for goods transit as per your instruction; therefore we are neither responsible nor liable for client’s payment for goods and debts. 8. We should issue Delivery Order and Invoice before delivery to client’s destination. Kindly chop & sign the stated document and prepare payment payable to our stated bank account. 9. We should have a copy of your goods purchase order and goods should packed in good condition and indicated your goods “Marking” which given to you. 10. If there is a charge in freight charges, haulage fee, custom duty, import tax and currency exchange rate, we have the rights to adjust to the reasonable rate. 11. This agreement takes effective upon chop & sign by clients and fax back to us. Client should provide complete telephone contact, fax, office address and delivery address to ensure the smooth operation. 12. We reserved our rights for price adjustment. 13. Any claim of goods losses compensation maximum to 3 times of our Handling Charges Billed only. 14. Kindly chop & sign and return the copy of this quotation by mail or fax.
