The group is organised into four business areas. The group’s holding company is responsible for its strategic development and for overall management of those business areas. It provides for the coordination of resources, in line with criteria and guidelines set out to satisfy the group’s major objectives. The group’s sub-holding companies are responsible for managing each business area: Orey Shipping: Shipping agencies in Portugal Orey International: International shipping agencies Orey Technical Representations: Technical representation Orey Financial: Asset management Each business area is structured in accordance with the nature and conditions of the business in question. The aim is to make use of synergy and provide the optimal framework for achieving the objectives that we have set.
