To engage in the purchase of goods ,articles, or commodities of all and every kind of description and to institute , enter into, and carry on subsides , finance or assist in subsiding the purchase, sake and or to keep and maintenances or any goods , articles or commodities of all and every kind or description upon any term whatsoever , to acquire agreements or any rights there under (whether proprietary or contractual) and generally to carry on business and to act as merchant, among others.
