He has been responsible for leading sales and marketing teams in Yang Ming Line and Sea-Land Services in the past. He has also served in Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) as Vice Chairman, UNCTAD as a Trade Facilitator Consultant and as a Trustee for the Karachi Port Trust.
