Our services: - Ship agency, - Supplying ships with stores and provision, - Attending to the requirement of ship, her master and crew - Loading broker Shipping Agent Specialties: - Liaise with terminals to get the good tariff and authorization for vessel operating. - Arrange berthing for vessel in and out of the port, book pilot and tug boat service. - Be Board agents with good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Oversee both incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure within tight deadlines. - Handle loading or discharged containers from ship to Container Yard and vice versa (CY/CY TERM). - Handle project/Out Of Gauge cargo (Over high/Width/Weight/Un-containerized and Dangerous/hazardous). - Arrange for transshipment cargo, to load onto other vessel via Ho Chi Minh City. - Monitor Import and export reefer containers. - Marketing, launch services, booking control, equipment monitor. - Update on vessel lifting, market information, statistics, competitor’s schedule, customer’s support level. - Arrange for depots, container M & R. - Handle containers by using floating cranes Depots We have depots in provinces Binh Duong, Dong Nai, apart from ports & ICDs in order to increase convenient level for customers to pick up and return empty containers.
