We are a logistics unit belonging to Powergear group and located inside the MEPZ. Recently, we have obtained LOA from the DC, MEPZ to function as a logistics unit and would be functioning from SDF III, Phase II, unit 48, MEPZ. We would like to explore the needs of SEZ units. Our focus area is on providing logistics and courier solutions to units in SEZ. We strongly believe units in SEZ have special needs and require solutions. Although the operational and procedural requirements are much less for SEZ units when compared to others, yet, the fact remains that much more needs to be done on the logistics front. In fact, the very concept of SEZ acknowledges the export versatility and its requirement. Having said these and being a group of M/s Powergear who themselves felt the need for special logistical requirements, we have been formed with the specific objective in mind to provide solutions in logistics for SEZ units. We have identified the following as the special requirement of SEZ units for logistics: 01.The logistics unit should preferably be located inside the SEZ so that it responds immediately to the client, further all procedural and tax obligation are free by default to the client . 02. The logistics units should have very good connections in overseas and provide tailor made solutions. 03. The management team should consist of good experienced people with versatility on the subject matter of SEZ operations. 04. the team should have good exposure to legal and procedural requirement as well. 05. Should be an experienced team at the helm of affairs in freight forwarding, cargo consolidation and freight economy We, at Hercules Logistics, meet all the five criteria listed above.
