Arranging for the necessary ship provisions (Complete Ship – Chandelling) ? Arranging for storage bunkers / Fresh Water, if these are needed ? Arranging for the necessary repairs and spares parts for Engine etc. ? Conveying instructions to and from the ship owner to the Master. ? Organizing the supply, transport and the handling of the goods ? Organizing the necessary contacts with the stevedores and supervising the entire operations to enable good turn-around time. ?
