Spearheading business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across the Globe. Building and managing a high performance team of 11 to 50 logistics professionals. Overseeing Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Supply Chain Consulting & Project Cargo operations and developing and maintaining key partnerships with shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and port operators. Driving client acquisition and retention for importers, exporters, manufacturers, retail chains & Ecommerce brands and ensuring full regulatory compliance across Globe.
